COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

WHAT IS COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Counselling and psychotherapy provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore the patterns, challenges, and possibilities shaping your life. If you are considering counselling and want a space to explore feeling stuck or overwhelmed, therapy may be one option to support that exploration. I provide an integrative, trauma-informed approach that considers mind, body, and spirit. Spiritual or Kingdom-centred perspectives are included only when requested and meaningful for the client. I offer evidence-informed therapeutic support designed to assist people in exploring stress, trauma, and life transitions at a pace and direction that feels right for them.
