CAMEAL SINCLAIR

Whole-Person Leadership & Recovery Specialist

I’m Cameal Sinclair—Whole-Person Leadership & Recovery Specialist, professional coach, conceptual thinker, clinician, ordained minister, and author—on a mission to mobilize leaders who change the world. I fuse Kingdom truths with science-based, trauma-informed strategies to help you align spirit, soul, and body, unlocking clarity, peace, and unstoppable momentum.

With over 15 years in healthcare, teaching, nonprofit leadership, and ministry, I’ve walked with leaders through burnout, transition, and deep transformation—because I’ve lived it myself. I understand the deep need for safe, judgment-free spaces where leaders can heal, recalibrate, recharge, and rediscover themselves as people first—without having their leadership questioned, diminished, or manipulated.

Every credential I hold and every season I’ve navigated fuels my passion to help you rise from authentic identity and lead with wisdom, courage, and purpose that leaves a lasting impact.
