Counselling / Psychotherapy focuses on emotional wellness, healing, and mental health. It helps you explore patterns, process experiences, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, stress, or life transitions. It is regulated, clinical, and evidence-based.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-moving process that helps you unlock what’s already within you. Through reflective dialogue, powerful questions, and (when meaningful to you) spirit-led insight, coaching supports clarity, aligned decision-making, and personal or leadership growth.
Consulting—specifically Strategic Kingdom Consulting—provides guidance, frameworks, and strategy for leaders navigating transition, burnout, team dynamics, or structural change. It blends spiritual discernment with practical tools to support alignment and impact.
Think of coaching as building your capacity to steer your own ship, and consulting as providing the maps and navigation tools. Counselling, in contrast, helps you understand and heal what may be affecting your ability to sail well. Absolutely. I’ve worked with pastors, ministry leaders, and nonprofit teams, and I bring firsthand experience from serving on ministry boards and creating Christian-based content to empower Kingdom-minded leaders.
My focus is on alignment with Kingdom truths, which often includes gently challenging limiting beliefs and mindsets so the life within each leader can fully emerge. This work is ideal for those who want to grow inwardly first—so leadership flows from identity and doesn’t become a burden that drains your soul, but a calling that brings freedom and clarity.

Payment methods vary depending on the type of service you are accessing.
Counselling / Psychotherapy sessions are billed and paid through a secure online therapy platform, ensuring your privacy, confidentiality, and payment information are fully protected. You will receive a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider if psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is covered under your plan.
Coaching and Consulting services offer more flexible payment options, as needs and regions may differ. Depending on the service and your location, payments may be processed through:
