f. In-Person Workshops, Retreats, and Facilitation

• Registrations for in-person events, workshops, or retreats are subject to their own cancellation and refund policies. Typically:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not be eligible for refunds

  • Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

g. Restrictions on Use (Limited License)

• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for your personal use only. You may not:

i. Monthly Membership Program

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by the user through their account settings or by contacting us directly. Access to all membership resources, including content, community spaces, and member-only discounts, will remain available until the end of the current paid period.

  There are no refunds for unused days or partial months after cancellation. Once the membership period ends, access to all member resources and privileges will be revoked.

j. Group Coaching Program (Including Live Sessions)

• Courses or programs that include live coaching content (e.g., Awaken the Kingdom Within Group Coaching Program) may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the program for a full refund.

  For clarity, the 14-day cancellation period begins the day after your Order Confirmation is sent. If you begin using our coaching, retreat, or live training services during this 14-day period (including accessing materials on our course platform or attending live sessions), no refund will be provided.

  Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any transaction fees as a result of a refund.

  We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any course fees already paid will be refunded in full.

All testimonials, feedback, or submissions shared through this Site may be used by us for promotional or educational purposes with appropriate credit.

Gift Certificates & Packages

All gift certificates and service packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
