1. Confidentiality Commitment

I understand that The Release Workshop includes group sessions, teachings, and small group discussions. I agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information, stories, or sensitive details shared by other participants, speakers, or facilitators.

• Refrain from recording, distributing, or sharing any content (audio, video, screenshots, messages, or written materials) without explicit written permission from WholePath Wellness.

• Honour the privacy and dignity of all individuals involved.

2. Purpose of the Event

I acknowledge that The Release Workshop and all related sessions are intended for informational, educational, and spiritual growth purposes only.

• Some speakers or facilitators may be licensed professionals (e.g., therapists, counsellors, medical professionals); however, the content provided is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, nor is it a substitute for such services.

• I agree to seek professional medical, psychological, or legal support separately if needed.

3. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation is fully voluntary. I may choose to withdraw from any session at any time.

4. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in The Release Workshop, including ministry time, may involve emotional, spiritual, or personal reflection that can evoke strong feelings or memories. I accept full responsibility for my own emotional and mental well-being throughout the event.

5. Release of Liability

By participating in The Release Workshop, I voluntarily and knowingly release, waive, and relinquish any and all rights to pursue legal action of any kind, in any country or jurisdiction, against:

• WholePath Wellness,

• All speakers, facilitators, hosts, and team members,

• Any affiliated partners, volunteers, or representatives.

This release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to:

• Psychological, emotional, or spiritual responses or outcomes,

• Distress, discomfort, or personal revelations arising during or after participation,

• Decisions, actions, or changes made in my life following the event,

• Unintended breaches in confidentiality

• Any perceived or actual impact on my mental, emotional, or spiritual well-being.

I understand and agree that:

• I am fully responsible for my personal choices and well-being before, during, and after the Summit.

• The organizers and speakers make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

• I permanently waive any right to sue, initiate legal claims, pursue damages, or seek compensation, whether now or in the future, in any international, national, federal, provincial, state, or local court.

6. Age Requirement

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and legally able to consent to this Agreement.

7. Consent & Agreement

By participating in The Release Workshop or checking the acceptance box, I affirm that:

• I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Liability & Confidentiality Agreement.

• I consent to participate under these conditions.
